Job Title: Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Track and escalate project risks/issues.
Coordinate OSPHL, OIS, vendor, and other project stakeholders.
Support OCM, UAT, and LIMS implementation activities.
Maintain decision logs and project plans.
Prepare biweekly status, resource capacity, and ad hoc reports.
Support project funding and EIS deliverables.

Required:

Project Management experience
Prior State Government experience
PMP certification
Microsoft Office 365
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid/remote environment
