Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to lead high-impact initiatives within a dynamic environment. This role offers the opportunity to drive significant technical improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our platform.
Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale initiatives focused on developing new products and platforms.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of key programs, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Identify and establish prioritization for cross-functional inter-dependencies to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and operations teams to drive project execution.
  • Monitor progress and risks, providing regular updates to executive leadership.
  • Facilitate operational excellence and process improvements across the organization.
  • Utilize data and metrics to make informed decisions and communicate insights effectively.
Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management within fast-paced tech environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights.
  • Experience in managing complex migrations and integrations across enterprise platforms.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages and SQL queries.
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives within high-performance teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with modern software development practices, including containerization and microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of AWS and cloud architectures, as well as security platforms and frameworks.
  • Experience in agile methodologies and high-level planning.
  • Ability to foster a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
