Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support an infrastructure modernization initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Windows Server, identity and access management, SaaS applications, ERP systems, and security certificates.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
• Support Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP applications and related integrations.
• Manage Okta, SSO, SAML, and OpenID Connect authentication environments.
• Perform SSL/TLS certificate management, renewals, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support for SaaS platforms and enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, authentication, and connectivity issues.
• Support infrastructure modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
• Collaborate with application, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable system operations.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of experience as a Systems Administrator / Systems Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Okta, SSO, SAML, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with SSL/TLS certificates and certificate lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting SaaS and enterprise applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience with Java applications.
• Cloud migration and infrastructure modernization experience.

Note: Candidates must be located in the USA and available to work 40 hours per week.
