What You Will Do:

- Collaborate with business teams to identify and analyse business needs and translate them into application requirements for the IT Analyst role.

- Lead requirements gathering activities, clarifying scope and objectives with key stakeholders.

- Review and document how end users, business processes, data, applications and devices connect to support practical business outcomes.

- Recommend solutions or improvements to business processes, using new technology where appropriate and alternative uses of existing systems.

- Support business initiatives using project management expertise, ensuring delivery aligns with Service Level Agreements.

- Act as the conduit between departments and IT teams, critically evaluating information from multiple sources and reconciling conflicts.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement.

- Demonstrable ability to work cross-functionally and manage expectations across different groups.

- Strong written communication skills, with a commitment to maintaining high standards in documentation.

- Confidence in critically evaluating information, separating user requests from underlying needs, and driving clarity.

- A relevant degree or equivalent experience, plus practical experience working within an IT and business systems environment.
