Finance Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Finance Systems Analyst to support and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to improve processes, strengthen data quality and controls, and ensure our finance systems continue to drive business value across our global organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for D365 F&O Finance processes, resolving system, process and data-related issues
• Act as a key point of contact for Finance system queries, working with IT and external partners to manage incidents and service requests
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, controls and system utilisation.
• Support finance master data governance, data quality initiatives and compliance with audit requirements
• Assist with system enhancements, upgrades and testing activities, ensuring successful change adoption
• Deliver user training, maintain process documentation and support global Finance teams through system changes and rollouts

You will play a key role in our ongoing global transformation programme, helping to shape and optimise finance processes while working with teams across multiple regions. Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) – qualified or part qualified.
• Degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or a comparable ERP system.
• Experience of ERP implementations, system testing, change management activities and user support.
• Strong understanding of core Finance processes, including Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash.
• Experience investigating and resolving system, process and data-related issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of master data governance, financial controls and process standardisation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across Finance, IT and business teams.
• Experience within a manufacturing and/or multi-entity global organisation.
