RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate in Englewood, CO.

Overview

We are seeking a high-volume Recruiter to support nationwide In-Home Services locations and address critical staffing needs. This role will focus on candidate sourcing, application review, pre-screening, interview coordination, and hiring pipeline management. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, data-driven, and able to deliver a fast, positive candidate experience in a high-volume recruiting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review applications, complete pre-screening questionnaires, and coordinate on-site interviews with qualified candidates
• Execute targeted sourcing strategies across assigned locations to attract, engage, and convert qualified applicants into hires
• Manage candidate pipelines and streamline recruiting workflows to improve hiring speed and efficiency
• Support recruiting projects and align hiring activities with broader HR initiatives and departmental objectives
• Provide responsive customer service and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal business partners
• Utilize AI tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and modern sourcing platforms to improve recruiting efficiency and reporting
• Analyze recruiting data and metrics to identify trends, evaluate pipeline performance, and improve hiring outcomes
• Adapt to changing staffing priorities while managing multiple requisitions and deadlines

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in talent acquisition, high-volume recruiting, recruiting coordination, or hiring operations
• Experience using professional applicant tracking systems (ATS) and internet-based sourcing platforms
• Familiarity with AI applications and their use in sourcing, candidate engagement, or recruiting workflows
• Strong candidate evaluation, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret recruiting data and metrics to support hiring decisions and improve efficiency
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Professionalism and sound judgment when handling candidate information, HR policies, and cross-functional relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for geographically dispersed or nationwide locations
• Experience supporting high-volume, location-based, or field services hiring
• Experience using AI-powered recruiting tools and reporting platforms

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
