Kforce has a client that is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Englewood, CO.

Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support high-volume hiring across nationwide In-Home Services locations. This role is responsible for interview scheduling, candidate communication, applicant tracking system (ATS) data management, and recruiting reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while ensuring an efficient, positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews across assigned locations, ensuring timely communication and a smooth interview process
• Maintain accurate candidate records, application dispositions, and requisition details within the ATS to ensure data integrity
• Generate and distribute recurring recruiting reports, including daily pipeline reports, and respond to ad hoc data requests
• Provide responsive customer service and timely follow-through to candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and internal business partners
• Support recruiting projects, recruiter onboarding, and process improvements aligned with broader HR initiatives
• Utilize AI tools and modern recruiting platforms to streamline interview scheduling, candidate communication, and reporting
• Monitor recruiting pipeline data to maintain accuracy, identify process issues, and support hiring efficiency
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and administrative challenges while managing high volumes of interviews and requisitions
• Adapt to changing hiring priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced recruiting environment

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, interview scheduling, or high-volume hiring operations
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting or scheduling platforms
• Strong organizational, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with AI applications and their use in recruiting coordination, scheduling, communication, or reporting
• Ability to maintain accurate records, interpret recruiting data, and support hiring reports
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Professionalism when handling candidate information, HR policies, and cross-functional relationships
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting across multiple locations
• Experience generating recruiting reports and maintaining ATS data integrity
• Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools and process automation
• Experience supporting recruiter onboarding and recruiting process improvements

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
