The Role

• Serve as a technical leader for system architecture, analysis, integration, and verification of underwater vehicles and sensor systems.
• Develop and maintain system-level architectures, interfaces, and design artifacts throughout the program lifecycle.
• Lead and support the development of test and evaluation master plans (TEMPALT), authorization to operate (ATO) packages, and system safety analyses.
• Develop system-level test strategies and plans, coordinating verification and validation activities across multiple teams.
• Provide oversight for technical data packages, ensuring technical integrity and compliance with requirements.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to mid-level and junior systems engineers.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Engineering discipline, Computer Science, Physics, or Math.
• 8 years of experience with subsea maritime systems or other integrated electro-mechanical systems.
• 8+ years of experience leading integrated teams.
• Exposure to DoD technical program execution.
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.
