The Role

• Serve as a technical leader across system architecture, analysis, integration, and verification activities for underwater vehicles and unattended sensor systems.
• Develop and maintain system-level architectures, interfaces, and design artifacts across the program lifecycle.
• Lead and support system safety analyses, including coordination with program, cybersecurity, and safety stakeholders.
• Develop system-level test strategies and plans, and coordinate verification and validation activities.
• Perform and review reliability and safety analyses, ensuring findings are appropriately mitigated and documented.
• Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering practices to support requirements, architecture, and traceability.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering, science, or math field.
• 8+ years of experience with subsea maritime systems or other integrated electro-mechanical systems.
• 8+ years of experience leading integrated teams.
• Exposure to DoD technical program execution.
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering practices is a plus.
