Senior .Net Developer - Only W2

Required Skills

Minimum 10+ years experience required in .Net Development

Strong experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, C#, and LINQ.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the development team, enforce coding best practices, and maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Manage Scrum activities, facilitate Agile meetings, resolve team impediments, and monitor sprint progress.
• Define technical solutions and ensure development aligns with architectural guidelines and industry standards.
• Develop and evaluate Proofs of Concept (POCs) to assess technical feasibility and minimize project risks.
