SUMMARY

 Perform expanded packing audits for all orders arriving at PEI, at the request of the Supervisor, and learn to perform Quality audits 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

· Conduct expanded packing audit in shipments received using Watch List Guidelines.

· Verifies packing of merchandise against the PLM package.

· As time allows need to improve my knowledge in Quality audits, measurements, the use of PLM, and the Factory Inspection Web.

·  Perform special projects if necessary.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

· Ability and willingness to learn all aspects of Quality Assurance.

· Ability to adhere to existing policies and procedures and pay close attention to details.

· Capable of learning to use PLM to find all necessary information to correctly perform and QC audit

· Capable of learning to use scanners.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position requires the normal demands of any job, such as sitting, standing, reaching with arms and hands, walking, talking, and hearing.  

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.  

Work will require handling boxes that could weight up to 40 pounds.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

 High School Diploma
