The Role

• Ensure comprehensive intensive care, including basic and advanced nursing care, and continuous patient monitoring.
• Manage life-sustaining therapies within a multidisciplinary team, including ECMO/ECLS and CRRT, and participate in emergency response and resuscitation efforts.
• Prepare, assist with, and perform post-operative care for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as bronchoscopies and tracheotomies.
• Provide individual and empathetic support to patients, their loved ones, and families during end-of-life care, ensuring dignity, peace, and comfort.

What You'll Need

• A completed vocational qualification as a Registered Nurse, or equivalent.
• Ideally, specialized training in Anesthesia and/or Intensive Care medicine, or a strong desire to pursue such qualifications (further training opportunities available).
• A motivated, communicative, and team-oriented personality with a professional, empathetic, and compassionate approach.
• Flexibility to manage personal work-life balance within a structured shift system.
