Job description
- Technical Business Analysis: 4+ years supporting complex front-end/back-end applications, translating business needs into technical requirements.
- APIs & Interfaces: Strong experience troubleshooting custom application interfaces, API integrations, SSO, and system connections.
- SQL & Databases: Able to run SQL scripts and understand databases, tables, ETLs, logs, and data flows.
- Testing & Support: Hands-on test case creation/execution, root-cause troubleshooting, application support, and ServiceNow/ticket management.
- Cloud & Reporting: Experience with cloud migrations/modernization plus reporting tools such as Power BI, Business Objects (BOBJ), or Power Apps.
