Detailed Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), preferably UiPath. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, process discovery, requirements gathering, and identifying opportunities for automation.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to understand business requirements, document processes, identify automation opportunities, and support the successful delivery of RPA solutions.

Responsibilities

·         Work with business stakeholders and process owners to identify and understand automation requirements.

·         Conduct process discovery, analysis, and assessments to identify potential RPA opportunities.

·         Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements.

·         Develop detailed Process Definition Documents (PDDs), including as-is processes, automation workflows, business rules, exceptions, and requirements.

·         Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements through automation, simplification, and standardization.

·         Identify, evaluate, and prioritize automation opportunities based on business value and impact.

·         Collaborate with RPA developers and technical teams throughout the automation lifecycle.

·         Support automation strategy, demand management, and roadmap development.
