Sales Representative - Residential & Commercial Roofing

Bartlett Roofing is seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow residential and commercial roofing business. In this field-based role, you'll prospect neighborhoods, respond to inbound leads, inspect roofs, and educate homeowners and property managers on repair and replacement options. You'll prepare estimates, coordinate with project managers, and guide customers through insurance and project steps. Success is measured by trust built, deals closed, and repeat referrals. Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate residential and commercial roofing leads in assigned territories
• Conduct roof inspections and document conditions, damage, and repair needs
• Educate homeowners and property managers on roofing options and storm restoration services
• Prepare and present accurate roofing estimates and proposals
• Guide customers through insurance claim and project approval processes
• Coordinate with project managers and crews to schedule and execute jobs
• Maintain CRM records, follow up on leads, and manage a sales pipeline
• Build long-term customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business
