Outside Sales Representative - Home Security & Smart Home

Safe Haven Security, a leading Authorized ADT Dealer, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive new residential and small-business customers for smart home and security solutions. In this fast-paced, performance-driven field role, you'll prospect neighborhoods, set appointments, deliver product demos, and close sales while educating customers on protection and automation options. You'll receive hands-on training, support from a collaborative team, and uncapped commission potential, with clear growth paths into leadership as the company continues rapid nationwide expansion.

Responsibilities

• Prospect assigned territories and generate new residential and small-business leads for security and smart home solutions
• Conduct in-person consultations, assess customer needs, and recommend tailored ADT/smart home packages
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations highlighting security, automation, and monitoring features
• Negotiate pricing and close sales while meeting or exceeding monthly performance targets
• Complete accurate contracts, documentation, and installation scheduling in CRM or sales systems
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business
• Collaborate with installation and customer support teams to ensure a smooth start and high customer satisfaction
• Continuously learn product updates, sales techniques, and industry trends to improve results
