Role: Sr. App Developer

Location: Remote

Experience:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience in enterprise or high-growth tech environments.
• Front-End Mastery: Strong proficiency in modern React.js (Hooks, State Management, TypeScript, Next.js or Vite ecosystem).
• Back-End Expertise: Deep experience building APIs and microservices in Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).
• AI & LLM Integration:
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, open-source models).
• Hands-on experience building RAG architectures using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or native Python pipelines.
• Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Qdrant, Chroma, or pgvector).
• AI-Accelerated SDLC (Mandatory):
• Proven track record of using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or terminal-based AI agents to write code, generate tests, and debug complex software stacks.
• Ability to demonstrate how AI tools are embedded into your daily coding workflow to improve velocity and quality.
• Databases & Infrastructure: Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).
• DevOps & Testing: Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), and automated testing frameworks (Pytest, Jest, Cypress/Playwright).

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript across the full stack.
• Knowledge of AI agent frameworks (Autogen, CrewAI, LangGraph, etc.).
• Experience with serverless architectures and micro-frontend designs.
• Familiarity with prompt evaluation frameworks and LLM monitoring tools (e.g., LangSmith, Phoenix).
