Job Description

• Lead endtoend testing activities for Property  Casualty PC Insurance applications
• Manage test planning execution defect tracking and status reporting
• Design and review test scenarios test cases and test data
• Validate Policy Administration Underwriting Claims Billing and Renewals processes
• Coordinate SIT Regression UAT and Production validation activities
• Collaborate with Business Analysts Product Owners and development teams
• Lead defect triage meetings and drive issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with QA standards and testing best practices
• Support AgileScrum delivery and release management activities
• Drive test automation initiatives and improve test coverage
• Perform API database and integration testing
• Mentor QA team members and provide technical guidance
• Strong experience in PC Insurance domain and policy lifecycle
• Handson experience with Guidewire Duck Creek or similar platforms preferred
• Proficiency in JIRA Azure DevOps ALM or qTest
• Knowledge of Selenium Playwright Postman and SQL
• Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• 15 years of QA experience with 10 years in a Test Lead role
• ISTQB certification and cloud testing experience are added advantages
