Job Description

Job Title: PC Refresh, Imaging & Deployment Technician / Technical Lead
Job Type: Contract | Work Arrangement: Long Island, NY - Onsite

Job Summary:
Seeking experienced IT professionals for an onsite PC refresh project involving Windows imaging, workstation deployment, hardware troubleshooting, and asset tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Image and configure Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops.

  • Deploy workstations, monitors, and peripherals.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

  • Validate device functionality and maintain asset inventory records.

  • Collect legacy equipment and maintain handover/chain-of-custody documentation.

  • Follow client deployment procedures and IT security policies.

  • Technical Leads will coordinate onsite technicians, track progress, and communicate with client stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Windows 10/11 deployment and troubleshooting.

  • SCCM/MECM, MDT, Intune, and Windows Autopilot.

  • Desktop/laptop hardware installation and imaging.

  • Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic PowerShell.

  • PC refresh, asset tracking, and equipment handover experience.

Preferred: Enterprise deployment experience; prior onsite team coordination for Technical Lead candidates.
