Contract: 9 Month

Job Description:

This role drives the AI-enabled transformation of Next Gen programs, directing AI agents and workflows to simplify and optimize execution at scale. Translate executive-level decisions into a future-ready portfolio strategy.

Key responsibilities:

Agent Execution, Process Optimization & Project Management
Direct and oversee the execution and launch of multiple AI agents as part of Client’s global LWTAIW initiative, executing:
pilot testing activities and feedback loops
workshops to finalize defined user journeys between agents
the refinement of business case models, value drivers, and impact metrics
Prepare communication materials, updates, and presentations for senior and executive leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., CPIT, S&O, Controlling, Onboarding, Learning) to drive project success
Simplify and streamline processes through AI by designing and leading process optimization workstreams
Lead workstreams improving data foundation for Client Next Gen

Governance and Strategic Talent Development

Identify objectives within the client Next Gen organization, define POCs within client Next Gen, and bring ideas into concrete projects
Bring the client Next Gen Advisory Council to the next level by strategically incorporating it into our client Next Gen governance, sharing relevant topics key stakeholders
Improve the experience of students and early talent by analyzing feedback (from our survey, focus groups, skip-level alignments) by defining concrete action items and lead respective projects
Partner with key stakeholders across client

What you bring

Visionary perspective on AI, innovation, and the future of learning and development
Extensive project management and stakeholder management skills, preferably through consulting engagements
Executive-level communication and influence, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable insights
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving follow-ups and deliverables
Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional programs
Demonstrated success driving AI initiatives from concept to launch
Exceptional written and spoken English

Pay Transparency: "The expected pay range for this position is $42.16–$56.45 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, 401(k) without employer match. Paid Sick leave is provided based on state or local laws."
