Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a focus on AI Governance and Responsible AI in the financial services sector. This position is based in Irving, TX, and requires onsite presence. The candidate will oversee AI project lifecycles, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and ethical guidelines. The role demands strong project management skills, technical understanding, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple AI projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Drive integration of AI governance and Responsible AI principles throughout project lifecycles.
• Coordinate documentation and approval processes, securing necessary internal and external approvals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, track progress, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate Agile processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in technical project management, with a minimum of 3 years managing AI/ML projects.
• Proven experience with AI governance frameworks and regulatory compliance in the financial services industry.
• Strong experience in Agile environments, including serving as a Scrum Master.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
