The Role

• Drive new business growth within an assigned territory by prospecting and qualifying leads.
• Conduct on-site assessments and present service program solutions to potential clients.
• Develop customized proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain accurate client information and sales activities within the CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial services or related fields.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and responsive to coaching.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
