Product Support Engineer

Are you a technical problem solver looking for a new opportunity with a growing technology business? Our client is looking for a Solutions and Product Support Engineer to support IP/IoT, electronic and software-based systems. Experience with fire alarms, Nurse Call, access control, BMS or similar systems would be advantageous, but attitude, problem-solving ability and willingness to learn are equally important.

Product Support Engineer

Permanent | £40,000 DOE | Monday–Thursday 9–5, Friday 9–4 | Wolverhampton

Job Description

• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot electronic, IP and software-based systems remotely and on site.
• Support product development, testing and implementation.
• Provide customer training and technical guidance.
• Produce technical documentation and resolve/escalate issues.

Essential Experience/Skills

• Electrical/electronic or technical systems experience.
• Understanding of IP/networked systems.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with fire alarms, Nurse Call, access control, BMS or similar is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
