The Role • Manufacture and install high-quality sheet metal components, including ventilation systems and internal fittings. • Interpret engineering drawings to measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials using various tools. • Produce accurate, well-finished work meeting required standards and quality expectations. • Apply practical problem-solving skills to resolve manufacturing and installation issues. • Collaborate within a skilled team to maintain a safe environment and ensure reliable installations. What You'll Need • Recognised Modern Apprenticeship, Trade Papers, or SVQ/NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent). • Experience from construction, manufacturing, marine, or other practical engineering environments. • Understanding of SHE and COSHH requirements, with a commitment to safe working practices. • Ability to work with engineering drawings to accurately and safely measure, cut, shape, and assemble components. • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship skills to deliver high-quality work.
