Product Owner - CSPO (Healthcare)

Create, groom, and prioritize the product backlog in ADO for Care Management and LTSS integration and conversion needs

Develop integration features and translate high-level business requirements and system inputs into clear user stories with well-defined, testable acceptance criteria for developers

Serve as a liaison between the IT team and business stakeholders to clarify and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment across workstreams throughout the integration lifecycle

Participate in agile ceremonies, including leading sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives; keep the team focused and unblocked

Provide project management support including documenting meeting minutes, tracking and following up on action items from integration workgroup meetings, conducting pre-work for meetings, and coordinating with workstream leads to ensure open questions are addressed in a timely manner.
