Staff Product Manager (Measurement)

The measurement team creates solutions that prove the business value of the media dollars spent on the StackAdapt platform. Our vision is to create market-leading products that give marketers confidence in their approach on our platform, and highlight areas to optimize and drive further value. 

We believe that providing objective data on the performance of media dollars creates more committed customers and a stronger concentration of media dollars on our platform. 

This person will report to a Director of Product who also oversees the Reporting, Measurement, and Planning teams. They will work day-to-day with two other PMs in the Measurement space, as well as a dedicated team of engineers, designers, and QA.  

StackAdapt is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in the US and Canada for this position. 

What you'll do:

• Own and create the roadmap for our existing Measurement solutions (Foot Traffic Attribution, Account-Based Marketing Measurement, First-Party Data Attribution, etc.).
• Create 0-to-1 Measurement solutions across new verticals and customer journeys.
• Deliver product specs that capture user needs along with clear direction for the engineering, design, and QA teams on how the feature should behave and what success looks like.
• Identify industry trends and market momentum to develop forward-thinking product strategies.
• Take full ownership of product features, guiding them from initial concept through to successful completion.
• Adapt to evolving challenges and independently deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment.
• Build and launch compelling products specifically designed to increase customer engagement with the StackAdapt platform.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Significant experience delivering complex projects across multiple milestones. 
• Excellent collaborator, able to tailor your approach when working with Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Revenue teams.
• Keen design sense; you’re able to look at a feature and understand it through a user’s eyes. 
• Exceptional written communication skills, capable of distilling complex ideas to build consensus around your vision.
• Experience using AI tools to speed up your work, along with the judgment to know when AI is the right fit for a customer versus when traditional, predictable methods are better.
• Previous experience in the AdTech industry is strongly preferred but not required.
