Job Description

Position: APO Demand Planning - Product Owner / IBP

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

 

Mandatory Skillset:

  • Experience with Advanced Planning and Optimization, Demand Planning, Integrated Business Planning, Product Ownership, Program Management, Agile Backlog and Feature Management.
  • Preferably SAP exposure and experience.


Job Description:

  • Own the APO Demand Planning product roadmap and prioritize enhancements.
  • Lead demand-planning design across business, supply chain, and IT teams.
  • Translate IBP requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Govern statistical forecasting, consensus planning, and exception processes.
  • Coordinate releases, testing, deployment, and adoption of APO improvements.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, service levels, and planning performance.
  • Resolve process gaps and drive standardization across markets and products.
  • Provide stakeholder updates, training, documentation, and change support.
