Requirements
  • 15 or more years of experience in Project Management, with PMP or CSM certification required.
  • Proficiency in implementing Project Management Systems, with 10 or more years of hands-on experience.
  • Experience with State or Federal IT Projects, with 10 or more years of relevant public-sector background.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, with 8 or more years of experience creating dashboards and reporting.
  • Experience with organizational change management, with 10 or more years leading change initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate agency-wide project management and governance initiatives.
  • Oversee implementation of a new Project Management System, including portfolio oversight and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support project visibility and stakeholder reporting.
  • Facilitate organizational change management activities during system transitions.
  • Provide user training and stakeholder support throughout project rollouts.
  • Maintain project management standards, best practices, and organizational maturity across the portfolio.
