Must-Have Skills:

• Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, IT certification/technical training, or equivalent professional IT experience.
• Previous enterprise IT support experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
• Experience supporting virtual meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or GoTo, along with knowledge of audiovisual equipment and Teams Rooms devices.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms certified devices.
• Familiarity with enterprise audiovisual and collaboration technologies.
