HR Coordinator

We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join a school in Brentwood, to take a recruitment lead within the HR department. The role will be dealing with onboarding and recruitment for the school ensuring processes run smoothly in accordance with safeguarding.

You will be championing the new online recruitment and onboarding portal, so being confident on computer systems is key.

Key Details:

• Starting salary 30,000
• Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30
• 25 days holiday

Duties:

• Coordinate vacancies from requisition, advertising and interview scheduling
• Act as the key contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Carry out pre interview checks and vet candidates including referencing
• Onboarding new candidates and manage documentation
• Act as a lead for the new recruitment online portal and helping staff adapt to this
• Conducting right to work checks
• Other general HR administration and coordination duties

Experience & Skills:

• Experience working as a HR Administrator or Coordinator
• Strong software and IT skills, with the ability to learn new systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a varied workload
• Experience with onboarding and recruitment processes within HR department
