Lead Product Manager | Panthersville, GA, United States | Hybrid | $111,500.00 - $185,900.00 per year This employer is a leader in the automotive industry, renowned for its powerful brands and innovative software solutions for dealerships. They are seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the development of groundbreaking new products, focusing on emerging technologies and strategic business opportunities within the automotive dealer software space. The Role • Guide product vision, business plans, go-to-market strategies, and value propositions. • Collaborate with UX, client solutions, and business stakeholders to gather client and consumer feedback. • Partner with client solutions, product readiness, and marketing teams to drive awareness and leads. • Define requirements and manage the feature development lifecycle. • Provide recommendations to agile release train teams and foster cross-functional collaboration. • Analyze product performance and implement data-driven improvements. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Strong understanding of business principles, product performance, and industry practices. • Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology. • Hands-on experience with product planning, lifecycle management, research, analysis, epics, features, KPIs, and analytics. • Experience with Inventory Management Solutions is strongly preferred.
