Role        Data Product Manager Strategy Lead
Duration    6+ Months
Location    Plano, TX or Charlotte, NC (Fully Onsite)

Required Skills
Must-Haves — Data Product Manager (Strategy Lead)
  • 10+ years in data strategy, architecture, product management, or related roles.
  • 5+ years in Payments/Treasury/Banking with expertise in:
    • Payment rails, clearing/settlement, cross-border payments
    • ISO 20022 (this is the global standard payments are used on) and SWIFT MT/MX (must have min 5 years' experience with this)
  • Strong Data Governance & Data Management experience:
    • Data quality, lineage, metadata, reference/master data
    • Governance frameworks, standards, controls, compliance readines
  • Experience defining data strategies, roadmaps, and modernization initiatives.
  • Strong data architecture knowledge:
    • Canonical data models
    • APIs/data contracts
    • Batch and event-driven patterns
    • Enterprise data design
  • Experience with regulatory and audit-driven environments:
    • AML/Sanctions, PSD2/Open Banking, regulatory reporting, data retention
