Oracle Cloud HCM Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Cloud HCM Program Manager to lead and manage large-scale Cloud HCM initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong program management experience across HCM transformation, implementation, integration, and enterprise HR technology programs.

This is a long-term opportunity with a remote work arrangement and occasional travel to Atlanta, GA as required.

• 10+ years of experience in IT Program/Project Management.
• Strong experience managing Cloud HCM programs or large-scale HCM transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing complex, enterprise-level programs with multiple workstreams.
• Strong understanding of HCM implementation lifecycle, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong experience with program governance, risk management, issue resolution, and vendor management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally to Atlanta, GA.

Preferred

• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday, or other major Cloud HCM platforms.
• Experience with enterprise HR transformation programs.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar program/project management certification is a plus.
• Experience working with distributed/global teams.
