Product Technical Program Manager – Deck Builder / Product Support

Job Summary
We are looking for a junior to mid-level Product TPM who builds polished executive presentations and supports core product and program management work. You will turn raw input from Product, Engineering, and Business teams into clear, executive-ready decks. You will also support requirements, documentation, and program tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Build executive decks, product updates, status reports, roadmap and strategy decks, QBRs, and steering committee presentations
• Convert complex technical and product information into simple, clear storylines
• Consolidate inputs from multiple teams into concise content, keeping branding and messaging consistent
• Gather and document requirements, user stories, and process flows
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items
• Maintain roadmap and status documentation
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, prepare agendas and notes, and follow up on actions
• Act as the communication link between Product, Engineering, Architecture, Business, and Leadership

Required Skills

• Advanced PowerPoint / Google Slides and strong visual storytelling
• Experience in Product Management, TPM, Business Analysis, or Project Management
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements
• Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for executives
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML, GenAI, Cloud, or SaaS/enterprise products
• Understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Experience creating roadmaps, process flows, and architecture diagrams
• Experience supporting executive leadership and working with global teams
