The Role • Foster a genuine safety culture through engagement and leadership accountability, prioritizing employee well-being. • Advocate for a positive employee experience and high engagement by identifying and escalating risks to stakeholders. • Partner with leadership to develop and execute department goals, ensuring consistent application and interpretation of company policies. • Support communication and change campaigns, collaborating with HR stakeholders to drive adoption and deliver consistent messaging. • Lead employee relations investigations, providing recommendations and partnering with relevant departments. • Support recruitment efforts, staffing, retention strategies, onboarding, and performance management processes. What You'll Need • Minimum of 6 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a professional, non-administrative capacity. • Proven experience consulting with and advising management teams. • Strong foundation in core HR fundamentals and practices. • Familiarity with employment legislation such as ADA, FMLA, EEOC, FLSA, and Title VII. • Working knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and effective presentation skills. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; SHRM certification is desirable.
