We are a growing foundation repair company in Houston seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive
Marketing and Office Assistant to join our team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys both client-facing business development and administrative work. The Marketing and Office Assistant will help expand our business through marketing outreach while also assisting in daily operations in the office- answering calls, scheduling leads, and assisting the manager with production.

Marketing responsibilities includes creating digital content for social media, communicating with real estate professionals, coordinating continuing education (CE) classes and sponsorships, and visiting local title companies to promote our services. Marketing
Reach out to title companies, real estate professionals, and partners via email and phone calls
Visit local title companies and offices to build relationships and promote services
Manage marketing efforts, including sending follow-up communications, utilizing CRM for drip campaigns, and assisting with promotional materials.

Manage social and digital media
Analyze marketing campaigns for key performance indicators
Office Support
Answer incoming phone calls and schedule customer appointments/leads
Provide administrative support to the production manager
Maintain organized records, job files, and customer communication
Assist with general office coordination and task management
Strong communication skills (phone & in-person)
Outgoing, professional, friendly, customer-focused demeanor
Computer proficiency (CRM, scheduling)
Comfortable talking to clients and building new business relationships
