As part of its continued growth, the company is looking to recruit a Junior Fund Controller.

Your Responsibilities

You will join a close-knit finance team and progressively develop a comprehensive understanding of Private Equity funds through a review and oversight role.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing NAV calculations prepared by fund administrators;
• Reviewing financial statements and investor reports;
• Verifying financial data and fund transactions;
• Reviewing tax and regulatory matters, including FATCA and CRS;
• Coordinating with fund administrators and other external service providers;
• Working closely with the Risk, Compliance, Accounting, Corporate and Legal teams;
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal procedures and control processes.

This is not a NAV production role. Instead, you will focus on review, analysis, control and coordination, allowing you to gain a much broader understanding of the investment management industry.

Your Profile

• You have between 6 months and 2 years of experience in:
• Fund Accounting (NAV calculation or NAV review); or
• Fund Administration.
• Exposure to Alternative Investment Funds or Private Equity would be considered an advantage.
• You understand NAV mechanisms and are comfortable reviewing financial statements.
• You are fluent in English.
• French is considered an asset.
• You are curious, analytical and eager to build a long-term career within a prestigious AIFM.
