  • Your Impact
  • Produce assigned photoshoots across VS, PINK and Beauty from pre-production through completion, ensuring alignment with creative, brand, schedule, and budget objectives.
  • Develop and manage production schedules, timelines, budgets, and logistics, coordinating talent, crew, vendors, locations, studios, equipment, travel, catering, and other production needs.
  • Partner with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Photographers, Stylists, Creative Operations, and cross-functional teams to translate creative direction into executable production plans.
  • Coordinate booking and management of photographers, models, hair, makeup, stylists, studios, locations, production partners, and vendors, including rates, availability, scope,and deliverables.
  • Manage talent logistics and agency relationships, including bookings, rates, schedules, travel, accommodations, fittings, glam, and on-set needs.
  • Partner with Travel & Expense, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure required documentation, agreements, releases, travel, and financial processes are completed accurately and on time
  • Negotiate production rates and fees within established budgets while identifying opportunities for cost savings and escalating significant financial decisions to the lead producer.
  • Create and manage call sheets, production decks, schedules, templates, and other production documentation; maintain accurate production records throughout the shoot lifecycle.
  • Lead day-to-day production operations on set, directing PAs and production support, managing vendors and crew, troubleshooting real-time needs, and maintaining the approved schedule.
  • Proactively identify production risks, develop solutions and contingency plans, and communicate key updates, outstanding items, budget status, and potential issues to the production lead and internal partners.
  • Manage multiple concurrent productions and competing priorities while maintaining strong communication, organization, and execution.
  • Partner with Creative Operations, Retouching, and Asset Management teams to ensure timely delivery, organization, and handoff of assets.
  • Finance / Budget
  • Build, track, and maintain accurate production budgets and financial projections for assigned photography and video shoots in partnership with the production lead.
  • Monitor production spend throughout the lifecycle of each shoot, identifying budget variances, potential overages, and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Partner with the production lead ensure assigned productions remain within approved budgets and escalate financial risks or material changes as needed.
  • Manage the finalization and submission of estimates, advances, billings, usage agreements, post-production work, and other production-related financial documentation.
  • Manage and reconcile invoices from assigned photo shoots, ensuring invoices and supporting documentation are accurate and submitted to Accounts Payable forprocessing.
  • Manage advance requests and net-zero payments for assigned productions.
  • Review production costs, overtime, vendor charges, and final billing against approved
  • budgets and escalate discrepancies or unexpected charges to the production lead.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the creative, operational, scheduling, and financial status of assigned productions and communicate updates during weekly team huddles and production meetings

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Build strong relationships with internal partners, talent, agencies, vendors, and production teams.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing production budgets.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Independently manage assigned productions while exercising sound judgment around
  • when to escalate issues to production leadership.
  • Work collaboratively with creative teams and translate creative direction into actionable production plans.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor and talent rates, fees, and production terms.
  • B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 5+ years of production experience in fashion, beauty, retail, advertising, or a related creative industry, with experience producing photography and/or video productions.
  • MAC proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint/Keynote knowledge required;
  • Smartsheet and other project management tools a plus.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and production presentation tools a plus.
  • Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended shoot days as required by production schedules.
  • Ability to travel to photoshoots and production locations as required.
