Required Skills

  • Domain Knowledge: 5+ years of experience with Medicaid or Medicare. Prior experience working on federal or state legislative policy implementations (e.g., CMS rules, HR1 provisions, Medicaid expansion/unwinding efforts).
  • Technical Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Quality Analyst, or similar role with a heavy focus on data testing and SQL development.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced SQL skills specifically within Teradata environments (including performance tuning, BTEQ, and Teradata SQL Assistant).
  • Testing & QA: Demonstrated experience writing test plans, performing data validation, and identifying data anomalies or discrepancies.
