Job Description

Join Kinetic IT's national Service Integration team and take ownership of embedded BAU support for a key customer's ServiceNow Vulnerability Management capability. Working remotely and onsite with the customer, you will be a trusted ServiceNow specialist who connects platform expertise with real operational and security outcomes.

This is a hands-on opportunity to shape and improve vulnerability workflows across risk-based prioritisation, ownership, ageing, exception tracking, remediation coordination and operational reporting.

You will troubleshoot existing and new security-tool integrations, validate requirements directly with stakeholders, and deliver minor development, configuration, defect remediation and enhancements. To also guide UAT, release and change activities, stabilise released integrations and modules, and influence backlog refinement and the development pipeline.

About You

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will enjoy working closely with customers and using your expertise to create practical improvements. You are proactive, collaborative and comfortable taking ownership in a visible role where your work makes a genuine impact.

Skills and experience we will be seeking:

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response/Vulnerability Management and Security Operations (SecOps).
  • Must hold current ServiceNow CAD, CIS -Data Foundations, CIS - Vulnerability Response and CIS - Security Incident Response certifications.
  • Proven experience providing BAU ServiceNow platform support, including minor development, configuration, workflow enhancements and defect remediation.
  • Strong stakeholder-facing experience, with the ability to validate requirements, communicate technical concepts clearly and build trusted customer relationships.
  • Strong integration troubleshooting capability, ideally across ServiceNow and security tools.
  • Experience producing operational reporting and supporting vulnerability remediation activities.
