The Role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Resly, you're not just building features - you're helping shape how we build.

You'll take ownership of complex problems, design scalable solutions, and work across the stack to deliver high-quality, impactful outcomes. You'll also play a key role in mentoring others, improving our engineering practices, and contributing to technical direction.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deliver high quality, scalable features across the stack
• Take ownership of complex technical problems and drive them through to resolution
• Contribute to architectural decisions and improve system design
• Collaborate closely with product and design to shape solutions, not just implement them
• Mentor and support other developers, raising the bar across the team
• Improve code quality, testing, and deployment practices
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and developer experience

What We're Seeking

• Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer, with a track record of designing and delivering scalable, maintainable systems in production environments
• Deep expertise in Node.js and React (or comparable technologies), with sound judgement on when to apply different tools and patterns
• Strong grounding in modern engineering practices (CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews), with practical use of AI-assisted development (e.g. prompt engineering, AI agents) to enhance productivity and code quality
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make pragmatic, well-reasoned decisions
• Experience working in agile, high-velocity teams, ideally within startup or scale-up environments
• Hands-on experience operating in cloud environments (e.g. GCP or similar), including deploying, debugging, and optimising live systems, not just designing for them
• Comfortable working remotely across time zones, with strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Next.js, Typescript, GCP, Firebase
• Experience improving architecture or scaling systems
• Experience mentoring or leading other developers
