The Digital Marketing Manager owns AccuSourceHR's digital demand generation engine — paid media, SEO/AEO/GEO, and website - while directing an outside marketing vendor's execution of that work. This position also builds AccuSourceHR's customer marketing program from the ground up, including customer segmentation, lifecycle workflows, customer feedback and reference programs, and cross-sell campaigns into our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Vendor Direction:
Set strategy and approve execution for our marketing vendor's paid media, SEO, AEO, and GEO programs.

Website Ownership
Manage the company website, built in HubSpot, as a lead-generation asset, including ongoing vendor coordination.
Marketing Automation & Reporting
Administer HubSpot marketing automation, lead nurture workflows, and funnel/attribution reporting.
Product Launch Support
Support digital go-to-market activities for phased product launches.

Account Management Collaboration
Refine and strengthen our established lead handoff process with the Account Management team for customer marketing leads.
