Inside Sales Representative

Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an Inside Sales professional to join their client's dynamic team in Fresno. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and contributing to sales objectives. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Call current customers to complete the order entry process. Alert customers to any important operational, quality, or pricing concerns.

Walk the warehouse multiple times a week to check product quality. Practice suggestive selling with customers using relevant market data. Manage an independent book of accounts. Quote daily and/or weekly pricing to customers. Coordinate or write customer promotions. Communicate product information to Quality Control and Buying teams, focusing on pricing and quality. Communicate competition information to Sales and Buying teams. Perform basic math calculations to determine pricing offers while meeting sales objectives. Enter basic data into a computer system after training.

Use Excel for basic calculations and formulas. Maintain a consistent flow and speed to handle multiple customer orders in a short period of time. Be competitive and continually strive to improve base business. Set up and service new customers quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Make decisions in critical moments without assistance. Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player. Be detail-oriented and have a sense of responsibility and urgency. Work holidays, weekends, and after hours as needed. Always follow safety rules and regulations.

Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean DMV record. Provide extraordinary customer service. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements

The role offers a competitive pay range from $20 to $21 per hour, depending on experience. Additional Details
