The Role

• Drive new business growth within an assigned territory through prospecting and lead qualification.
• Conduct on-site assessments and deliver compelling presentations for service programs.
• Develop and present tailored proposals, aiming to close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain accurate client information and activity logs within the CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a preference for experience in related service industries.
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing the full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
• A willingness to embrace coaching and feedback for continuous improvement.
• A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
