Human Resources Analyst
Position Overview
The Intersect Group is seeking a Human Resources Analyst to support critical HR operations, employee services, talent acquisition, and reporting functions. This role serves as a key resource for employees, applicants, and retirees by providing guidance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
The Human Resources Analyst will support HR systems, analyze workforce data, prepare reports and dashboards, manage invoices, and assist with recruiting and onboarding activities. This individual will combine strong analytical capabilities with exceptional customer service skills to improve processes, support business objectives, and deliver meaningful insights to HR leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to inquiries from employees, applicants, and retirees through the HR Help Desk and provide timely resolution to questions related to policies, benefits, and employment processes
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, training, and guidance to HRIS users and stakeholders
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics while presenting findings and recommendations to leadership
• Support recruiting operations by assisting candidates, coordinating onboarding activities, and creating positions within applicable systems
• Process, reconcile, and manage invoices across multiple Human Resources functions
• Provide administrative and operational support across Talent Acquisition, workforce planning, and broader HR initiatives
• Maintain accurate employee and candidate records while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend measurable goals, benchmarks, and performance metrics
Key Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience supporting Human Resources operations, HRIS platforms, employee services, recruiting operations, or related business functions
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Index Match, VLOOKUP, and IF statements for reporting and data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with experience interpreting workforce data and identifying actionable insights
• Understanding of Human Resources principles, practices, procedures, benefits administration, and hiring processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR technology platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees, candidates, and leadership
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
