Must-Have Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in agency, RPO, consulting, or in-house recruitment, with strong full-cycle talent acquisition expertise.
• Proven experience hiring senior-level/Director+ talent, including passive candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, niche job boards, ATS, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, recruitment strategy, communication, and compliance skills with the ability to manage multiple local/global stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Experience with Workday/ATS, recruitment reporting, dashboards, and global talent acquisition processes.
