Job Description

Our West Coast healthcare client is seeking an experienced HR Info Systems Analyst III to lead analysts supporting HR technology, data management, reporting, system integrations, and end-user support. This contract-to-hire role has an initial duration of 12+ months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of HRIS analysts, providing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across HRIS, Benefits, Compensation, Employment, and Payroll systems.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions, system enhancements, and process improvements.
  • Lead system implementations, upgrades, testing, integrations, and data validation.
  • Oversee HRIS reporting, analytics, interfaces, and data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain user documentation, best practices, training materials, and deliver end-user training.
  • Identify system and data issues, determine root causes, and lead resolution efforts.
  • Partner with HR teams, technical resources, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure high-quality customer service.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of recent HRIS/HR technology experience.
  • Knowledge of HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll processes.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS technology, databases, reporting, and system integrations.
  • Experience with project management, system testing, data analysis, and process improvement.
  • Strong leadership, communication, training, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRIS applications.
  • Ability to manage confidential information and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
