Mulesoft ADF Developer

Position: MuleSoft Developer with ADF experience
Location: Houston, TX (3-days onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Developer with strong expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF) to design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience building APIs, integrating cloud and on-premises applications, and developing scalable data migration and ETL pipelines using MuleSoft and Azure technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and migration.
• Integrate cloud-based and on-premise applications, databases, and third-party systems.
• Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand integration requirements.
• Perform API-led connectivity implementations following MuleSoft best practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration workflows and ADF pipelines.
• Ensure data security, governance, and compliance across integration solutions.
• Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and support knowledge transfer activities.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and production support.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in MuleSoft development.
• Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and DataWeave.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), including pipeline creation, data movement, and orchestration.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, XML, and API security frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns, ETL processes, and data transformation.
• Experience with Azure services such as:
• Azure SQL Database
• Azure Blob Storage
• Azure Data Lake
• Azure Key Vault
• Azure Functions (preferred)
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
