Enterprise Project Manager exp with State & Federal IT Projects - $100/hr W2 - HYBRID (CURRENT SC resident) - W2 ONLY

Work Location: Hybrid. Onsite expectations depend upon project needs and can be expected to range between once per month and once per quarter with little
notice.
Candidate location: Candidate must be a CURRENT SC resident. No relocation allowed. 

This position supports the agency’s project management and governance functions, including implementation of the new Project Management System, portfolio oversight, dashboard reporting, user training, and stakeholder support. As the PWA is decommissioned, the role will provide expertise in system implementation, project visibility, organizational change management, and leadership of strategic projects aligned with the South Carolina Department of Public Health.

DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include supporting large-scale technology and business projects, maintaining project management standards and best practices, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and enhancing project management maturity across the organization.

Required Skills

·       15+ Years of Experience with Project Management

·       10+ Years of Experience with State or Federal IT Projects

·       10+ Years of Experience with implementing Project Management Systems

·       8+ Years of Experience creating Power BI Dashboards

·       10+ Years of Experience with Change Management

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration

·       PMP or CSM

Preferred Skills

·       Experience with Public Health Software Implementations

·       CompTIA A+
