Clinical Sales Representative role focused on driving adoption of robotic surgical systems in the Philadelphia and Camden County area. The position involves training surgical teams, managing system implementations, and expanding the user base across multiple surgical specialties.

Responsibilities
Develop sales strategy with Clinical Sales Manager to maximize surgical system utilization
Mentor surgical teams through training, OR integration, and system applications
Support regional sales and marketing events to drive system awareness and procedure adoption
Drive expansion of user base by collaborating with key opinion leaders
Manage administrative tasks, sales activities, and expense reporting
Requirements
Minimum 5 years sales experience with 2+ years in healthcare
Bachelor's degree
Ability to travel up to 25% and work evenings/weekends
Operating room environment knowledge preferred
Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively in team settings
